John Cleary is a Kansas City native born on the west coast.  He was educated at Truman State and Park University and holds degrees in psychology, geology, and education.  After college John began pursuing performing arts in earnest after exploring the stage in youth theater.  Since then, he has been a veteran of many of Kansas City's most venerable professional theater companies, performing in musicals and plays across the city.  Off the "traditional" stage John is also a professional theatrical jouster working first under the tutelage of Dan Foss; now riding in and directing the Kansas City region of Equus Nobilis, an equestrian entertainment production company.  When not on stage you can find John in the classroom where he works as a history teacher.
